Standard panels

• 30x30x2mm cold formed panels 19 pailings with a gap of 110mm

• 40x40x2mm cold formed panels 16 pailings with a gap of 125mm

• The thickness of the material of the standard panel is 2mm

Panels can be manufactured to be narrower in width than a standard 3.0m panel.

• The thickness of the material of the ECONO panel is 1.6mm

Panels can be manufactured to be narrower in width than a standard 3.0m panel.

Pailings are available in 2 angle sizes: 40 x 40 and 30 x 30

• The thickness of the standard pailings is 2mm.

• The ECONO pailings thickness is 1.6mm.

• Pailings come standard as a 7-spike or 3-spike, with a shallow tail at the bottom.

• Pailings range from 300mm – 3 000mm.

• The pailings are HOT ROLLED steel rolled in a COLD FORM process.

• Posts are capped with either a square dome cap or a pyramid cap as requested.

• The posts are manufactured using a 76 x76 square tube.

• To determine the amount of posts needed to go with your panels, add one more post to the amount of panels ordered.

• Posts can be supplied uncoated or hot dipped galvanized.

• Standard posts are supplied in lengths of 2.4 m or 3m.

• Pedestrian gates can be built into the main gate or separate.

• The gaps between the pailings on a 4x 40 pailing gate are 125mm and on a 30 x 30 pailing gate are 105mm.

• 3,5m – 4,5m gates are wide enough for a car and 4,5m – 8,5m gates are wide enough for a truck.

• On Gates wider than 4m we use a 100 x 50 rectangular tube as the frame. On smaller gates, we use 76 x 38 mm rectangular tube as the frame.

• All sliding gates are manufactured with wheel kits and guide wheels.
